Shipping Policy

Notonix is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. We do not sell or ship physical products, so physical shipping charges, delivery addresses, and courier delivery do not apply.

After a successful subscription payment is confirmed, access to the purchased digital plan is provided electronically through the Notonix website at notonix.me and the user's Notonix account. No physical item will be delivered.

If payment was successful but the plan is not available in your account, contact rohit@notonix.me with your registered account email and Razorpay payment or subscription reference ID. Do not send card numbers, UPI PINs, passwords, or other payment credentials.
